His expertise includes low-carbon hydrogen, BESS, CCUS, and global carbon trading and pricing across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia.

Katharina is a highly accomplished tax advisor with deep expertise in international taxation, restructuring law, and financial accounting. She combines a strong academic background with extensive professional experience across multinational corporations, auditing, and advisory. Katharina provides strategic tax and financial guidance to companies and investors, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments, manage risk, and build resilient long-term business strategies.

Associate Partner, Grids, Storage & Flexibility 

István is an electrical engineer and engineer-economist specializing in smart grids, energy storage and electricity markets. His expertise spans renewable energy integration, grid stability, voltage and frequency regulation in microgrids, and the economics of grid-scale storage. He holds a PhD with summa cum laude honors from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and is the author of more than 180 scientific publications. István has contributed to leading European research programs, including OneNet, INTERRFACE, TwinEU and HyNet.  At Siller Advisory, he supports clients on BESS business cases, grid integration and flexibility market strategy, including revenue stacking across balancing and ancillary services markets and technical due diligence for storage and aggregator transactions.

Associate Partner, Power Systems & Grid Modeling

Bálint is a power systems specialist focused on renewable energy integration, energy storage and grid modeling. His work spans the static and dynamic analysis of transmission and distribution systems, hybrid storage solutions, stacked service concepts and machine learning applications for the power sector. He founded the FASTER Research Group at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where he is a senior research fellow, and co-developed Hungary's grid connection and operation guidelines for distributed generation together with system operators and the regulator. He holds a PhD and habilitation from BME and has published more than 240 papers, including at CIGRE and IEEE. At Siller Advisory, he supports clients on grid integration, storage business models and network modeling for investment and transaction decisions.

Expert, Decision and Data Science

Martin holds a BSc in Physics and MSc in Applied Mathematics with a focus on Data Science at BUTE. He specializes in energy markets, with experience in short-term price forecasting and long-term power and commodity analysis. His research explores advanced analytical methods for energy market modeling, and he has supported several international consulting and energy projects. His research and project work reflect Siller’s commitment to applying advanced analytics to real-world energy and infrastructure challenges.

Analyst, Decision and Data Science

Levente holds a BSc in Physics and is pursuing an MSc in Applied Physics with a focus on Photonics at BUTE. He has worked on several research projects that combine measurement systems with data analytics, including the digitalisation and interpretation of experimental data. He also has experience in the energy sector and supports projects where precise data processing and analytical methods are essential. His multidisciplinary background strengthens Siller’s analytical capabilities across complex technical domains.

Security engineer with deep offensive security and penetration testing expertise, specializing in AI/LLM pentesting and generative testing to identify prompt-injection, data leakage, and agent/workflow vulnerabilities, then translating findings into practical hardening, guardrails, and secure-by-design controls for production AI.

Analyst, Financial Modeling

Bíborka is an Analyst focused on financial modeling and valuation. She supports engagements across corporate finance and M&A, contributing to the analysis and modeling that underpin client decisions. Bíborka is currently pursuing her studies in finance at Bocconi University in Milan.

With several years of experience in data engineering, focusing on designing and implementing industry standard data pipelines that support analytics and data science. Bence is recognized for his expertise in building scalable and reliable data engineering solutions that transform raw data into structured, analysis ready datasets. His work bridges engineering and business needs, enabling faster, data driven decision making and more efficient operations through robust, well designed data platforms.

Analyst, Quantitative Analysis

Boáz is an Analyst pursuing a BSc in Physics and Astronomy at Heidelberg University, bringing a quantitative, structured approach to complex analytical problems. Alongside his studies, he has gained experience in international, client-facing environments, including team coordination and operational responsibilities. He works fluently in English and German. At Siller Advisory, he supports engagement teams with data analysis and quantitative modeling.

Partner, Head of Business Operations

Ágnes brings more than 20 years of professional experience, underpinned by an international academic background in international relations and cross-border economic frameworks. She leads engagement delivery across the firm, from structuring mandates and preparing proposals to coordinating project teams and executing to institutional standards. As a primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle, she ensures that scope, timelines and resources remain aligned with client objectives.

Business Operations Manager

Balázs brings two decades of experience across engineering, finance and corporate leadership, with a focus on the intersection of business, systems and technology. Working alongside the Head of Engagements and Operations, he supports engagement delivery across the firm, from the structuring of mandates and preparation of proposals to the coordination of project teams. He helps ensure that scope, timelines and resources remain aligned with client objectives and are executed to institutional standards. Balázs also provides operational support to the firm's business development activities.
